Purchased for a measly $58 or so on an Amazon Return from their warehouse. Whoever returned it should have kept it. I already had the GasOne little portable stove that I bought a couple of years ago so when they came up with this portable gas BBQ I had to find out if it was as good as the stove. And it was not only as good, it was better than the little stove.GasOne does a couple of things very well. Have you ever had a camping stove and when you tried to adjust the flame you either got nothing, or it would only work full-blast? Most of them do that. GasOne burners adjust just like your gas stove at home. In other words, the flame is fully controllable, just like turning that switch on your stove at home. This unit has a drip tray and the burner is rectangular, which they say is proprietary. I believe it. This burner setup pretty much puts even heat from edges to center. It comes in its own heavy-duty plastic case and has an adapter line so you can use the 1 lb propane canisters or the standard butane cartridges. The grill top itself is heavy steel with a rugged non-stick coating on top. It will hold about two large steaks or a dozen small hot dogs, or four medium hamburger patties. For the larger Costco hot dogs, maybe ten at a time.Construction is solid and it has an electric igniter. The drip tray protects the burners from getting clogged and it comes apart anyway for more thorough cleaning. Best little gas BBQ I ever bought for under a hundred bucks. You can get bigger and better, but you will pay a lot more.
