InSPAration 7493 HTX Protect Therapies Crystals for Spa and Hot Tubs, 19-Ounce

What I didn’t like is this plastic bottle was shipped in a HUGE box with 4 other items. The bottle was open, there were crystals leaking thru the box, dropping onto the floor and the dog food bowls, and the dog water bowl…oh, and stuck to the tape on the bottom of the box. Today I noticed there were crystals on our front deck where the box was placed by the mailman. The Amazon rep had me sweep everything up that I could put it back in the bottle. She sent UPS to pick up a half-full bottle of good smells for my hot tub. Stupid to me, but was even worse as she wanted me to put it in the original shipping box…it was HUGE…I found a small one. No way would I have enough packing material for that little plastic bottle and that box. Of course, it was the day after recycling day and all the previous boxes were gone.Okay, now to the good stuff. The replacement arrived in 2 days and I got to use it last night. It was wonderful and the water actually felt softer. The scent was divine and it lasted the entire time I was outside. I’m going to guess at least 30 minutes. Very relaxing. If I can figure out a way to have this reliably delivered, I would get it regularly. Very enjoyable.
