Good assortment of plants. All the plants arrived alive and healthy. The Moneywort melted but is starting to recover. Everything else has took off and started growing in my tank. I’ve only had them in my aquarium for two weeks and actually had to trim some of the plants back already, especially the Hornwort as it grows almost an inch every day or two! I knocked off one star because there were snails so I would recommend that you check carefully and take preventive steps before you put these plants in your aquarium. I personally bleach dipped (1 part bleach to 19 parts water) everything except the Anachris and Hornwort as I read those plants are not hardy enough to be dipped. For those I just rinsed them a lot in dechlorinated water.*6 – Month Update*So just to update my review, all of these plants are still alive and doing well! I usually end up trimming them every 4 -6 weeks. They grow like weeds, especially the Hornwort. Seriously, I wouldn’t bother with the Hornwort unless you either have a very deep or large tank. Otherwise it’s more trouble than it’s worth. For one, this plant has no roots so you have to tie them and use weights to hold them down. You can try to use the substrate to hold them down, but I have sand and it doesn’t work so well. I usually trim them to about 6 inches high and in a 10 Gallon it just over grows everything in like 10 days, if you have ideal conditions (Moderate-High light, CO2, and fertilizer). They seriously grow more than an inch a day. I took them out and put them in a lower light aquarium that I have some dwarf shrimp in. They are much more behaved there. [...]
