Pretty good so far, and it’s as lightweight as it can get while still being high quality, which I prefer for home cooking over the considerably heavier 3-ply or 5-ply “fancy” stainless steel cookware that’s completely overkill for the average home cook in my humble yet unpopular opinion, of course. It’s not advertised as such, but this is the perfect flat-bottomed stainless steel “wok” if you ask me—lightweight, with two handles instead of a long one, making it easier to store, and at 12 inches, it’s not as unwieldy as Cuisinart’s 14-inch stir-fry pan (which I also own).
