Dr Dry Universal Exhaust Heat Protector 4-Stroke Stainless Steel

I put this exhaust guard on my 2020 KLX230R. I burned the you know what out of my leg one day on this portion of the exhaust pipe. It looks almost stock to the exhaust shield on the other side of the bike. It is held on with hose clamps which is a little sketchy, but there are no welded on nuts or brackets in this area of the exhaust pipe, so whatever – It works. Hose clamps were 304 stainless steel. I measured the pipe diameter at 32mm. Each clamp can slide about 5mm because there is a slotted hole for the bolt that holds the clamps on.
