What's the minimum doorway / access required? The 1.2m-wide × 0.8m-deep flightcase rolls in on built-in wheels and fits through any standard double door fully assembled. Minimum access width is approximately 0.85m. Step-free access is required for delivery — please flag any stairs, lifts (and whether they’re wide enough for the case) or long carry distances in advance. Do you deliver across Ireland? Yes — we deliver, assemble and collect nationwide. Dublin and the surrounding counties are our base, with regular deliveries to corporate event venues, hotels and exhibition spaces across the country. Delivery and collection are quoted separately based on event location, access and scheduling — see the Delivery, Setup & Collection section above for the full breakdown. How far in advance should we book for a corporate event? For unbranded hires, 1-2 weeks notice is usually fine subject to date availability. For branded events using a Full Custom Wrap, the lead time is 2 weeks from artwork supplied (so 3-4 weeks total recommended). For larger sponsor activations involving multiple add-ons (operator service, branded packaging, brand ambassadors), please give us 4-6 weeks.
