This elegant scarf is made from Eri Silk, a cruelty-free sustainable silk, and embellished with delicate Bhutanese motifs.The Eri silk is hand-spun before being hand woven on a traditional back-strap loom. The colours are mindfully kept sober to imitate the ancient Bhutanese textiles before the introduction of chemical-dyed yarns in the Bhutan textiles scene.The patterns on these scarves are the ones used in traditional scarves. These scarves are double-faced, meaning the motif is present and equally beautiful on both sides of the scarf.
